We’re hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Supervisor to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you’ll use the evidence-based FCT model to help at-risk families build positive behavioral patterns, strengthen relationships, and prevent out-of-home placements. As an FCT Supervisor, you’ll provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and community resource coordination to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.
● Provide family-centered therapy and support using the FCT model ● Conduct trauma treatment, interventions, and skills-based training for youth and families ● Facilitate family engagement and collaboration throughout treatment ● Coordinate community resources and wraparound services ● Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and FCT standards ● Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training for FCT certification Required Qualifications ● Master’s degree in a Human Services field ● Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LCSWA, LP, or LP-A) ● Must complete official FCT certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCT Foundation) within 12 months of hire
