SUD Therapist – Evening IOP (Hybrid/Virtual) Columbia, Maryland | Full-Time | $34-44/hour pending experience Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 4 evening shifts (12:30p–8:30p) + Saturday half-day.
Tuesday and Saturday are remote; remaining days are in-person.

What You Bring 2+ years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment experience a plus, not required) Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills Comfort working in an electronic medical record system Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more A flexible, creative, team-first mindset, ready to grow with an expanding program If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety required (5+ preferred) Required Credentials (one of the following): CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCADC, LCSW, or LCSW-C (Maryland)
