What this role looks like You'll carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM) — right when kids and teens are available after school.
Weekend availability is a plus.
You set the schedule.
We handle referrals and admin.
Day-to-day you'll: Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
$65/billable hour — LCSW or LPC (fully licensed) $45/billable hour — LMSW or LPC-R (supervision provided) 401(k) with 3% company match $300 annual CEU reimbursement Free clinical supervision for eligible licenses $25,000 company-paid life insurance Employee Assistance Program Option to grow into full-time or supervisory roles if that's ever where you want to go What we're looking for Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW Experience with children, teens, and families Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
