Company Description Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program Projected Opening November - Start date Mid October Day & Night Positions Avaiable The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care—including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building—to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community.
Staff are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, resilience, and improved access to behavioral health services across Northern Michigan.

Qualifications: What’s Required High School Diploma or GED BLS required within 60 day of hire
