Required Master’s degree in social work. Licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois (LSCW). 3 to 5 years work experience in hospital or related clinical setting. Prior experience in Oncology. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment, and take appropriate action. Must have excellent communication skills, project, and time management skills. Must be mission driven, energetic, self-motivated, and detail oriented Preferred 5 years oncology experience. Oncology Social Work Certification (OSW-C)
