What You'll Do As a Licensed Clinician, you'll serve as a trusted clinical expert supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across multiple residential programs.

Your Responsibilities Include: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive clinical evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Provide face-to-face clinical services and ongoing behavioral consultation Lead crisis response efforts and post-incident clinical debriefings Analyze behavioral data to measure progress and modify treatment strategies Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews Train and mentor home managers, program leaders, and direct support professionals Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance Collaborate with families, Community Mental Health (CMH) agencies, and external providers Assist with investigations involving abuse, neglect, or behavioral incidents Participate in an on-call rotation as needed What You Bring - Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field (MSW is preferred) Ideal candidates will hold one of the following Michigan credentials: LCSW or LMSW or LLMSW LSW BCBA LPCC LPC PBSF Experience in case management, behavior support, or behavioral health services.

Experience supporting individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism, or individuals exhibiting complex, high-intensity behaviors.

Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop person-centered treatment strategies, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally, including travel to Ossineke, Michigan, 1–2 times per month.

Ability to pass all required background checks and meet state and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as social work or counseling, with a preference for an MSW. Professional licensure in Michigan such as LCSW, LMSW, or BCBA is required, along with experience in behavioral health services.
