About the role

The caregiver will provide essential personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for seniors and individuals with disabilities. They are also responsible for monitoring client health, documenting behaviors, and reporting safety issues.

As a home care caregiver, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes.

These services may include: Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping Participates in recreational/social activities Medication reminders Companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report client health and safety issues, observes and documents client's behavior.

May accompany clients to appointments Eligibility: High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older Caregiver Qualifications: We accept caregivers with any of the following credentials or qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Aide (PCA) Motivated caregivers Additional information and requirements: 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems Required Credentials: CPR Certification First Aid Certification TB/PPD Valid Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this rewarding field.
