The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide patient-centered therapy services across three skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include functional mobility training, adaptive ADL retraining, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support geriatric patients.
PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant floater Mount Olympus Rehab, Spring Creek Rehab, Meadow Brook Rehab | Salt Lake City Independence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate, motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN team in Salt Lake City, floating between Mt.
Olympus, Spring Creek, and Meadow Brook.
All of these facilities are on the East Side of SLC.
You should anticipate 5-15 hours per week.

Current Utah COTA license SNF experience preferred, but not required Compassion for the geriatric population Strong communication and teamwork skills While we prefer candidates with at least one year of SNF experience, we are always excited to connect with caring, passionate therapists who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
