About the role

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. They will collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Hourly Pay Range

  • $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • M-F (4 10 hr shifts/wkly)
  • Call: 1-2 weekday shifts every 2-3 weeks & 1-2 weekend days every 8 weeks 1 wkend every 6 mths
  • What you will do: The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

  • Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required;
  • BSN strongly preferred
  • Certification:
  • IL
  • RN license
  • CPR:
  • BLS &
  • ACLS required (Issued by
  • American
  • Heart
  • Association)
  • Experience: Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred. Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an NLN accredited school of nursing and hold an active Illinois RN license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with preference given to those with critical care, emergency department, and conscious sedation experience.
