Market context

Psychometrist roles are selective in Minnesota

In Minnesota, psychometrist openings are typically tied to behavioral health, neuropsychology, and hospital settings, where demand can be steady but candidate pools are often small. This role is competitive because employers usually look for a psychology-related bachelor’s degree, hands-on testing experience, and may prefer Spanish proficiency and prior hospital experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then tailor your application to highlight testing experience, bilingual skills, and any inpatient or outpatient clinical exposure.
