The Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. They facilitate group therapy and psycho-educational sessions for adult and pediatric patients.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) required. Completion of an accredited program for Nurse Practitioners in Psychiatric/Mental Health Specialty. Must have a furnishing license or be qualified to obtain one within 30 days.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a behavioral health setting.
