JOB SUMMARY The Physical Therapy Assistant is a health professional who carries out physical therapy patient care programs as planned and directed by a licensed Physical Therapist JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits) Typical hours for this position: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Up to 6 months on-site training in Cape Girardeau Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Certification & Licensures:

Eligible for certification and licensure in the state of Missouri.

BLS Certification Experience: - 2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapy assistant-preferred.

For positions in Home Health or Hospice: must be licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements and is in good working order.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and be eligible for licensure in Missouri. A BLS certification is required, and two years of clinical experience is preferred.
