What you'll do

Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on lifelong oral health.

Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and preventive therapies.

Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.

Build trusting, long-term relationships that encourage patient education, treatment acceptance, and continuity of care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care and infection control.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Current Washington Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Local anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain if required by state regulations).
  • Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
