HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Aide. By joining our 5 star rated clinical team; you will be providing skilled services to help patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own home.
Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.
