WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Pediatrician at Garrett Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in the primary location of Oakland, Maryland.
Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of Pediatrics
Applicants must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain state medical license. Successful Candidate must have completed a Pediatric residency program. Successful Candidate must be board certified/eligible in Pediatrics. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment. Garrett Regional Medical Center is a 55-bed, acute care hospital that operates as a non-profit healthcare facility and is part of the WVU Medicine network. It is Joint Commission–accredited and Medicare-certified, indicating that it meets national standards for healthcare quality and patient safety. Because Garrett County is sparsely populated and mountainous, GRMC functions as a critical access point for emergency and routine care, often serving patients who would otherwise need to travel long distances for treatment.
