The Staff RN, within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. The Staff RN collaborates in the spirit of teamwork is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of Mount Carmel Health System.

Collaborates with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual and educational components Create a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care Work with state-of-the-art technology Experience interdisciplinary relationships & collaboration Have autonomy for decisions affecting professional practice Promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® Requirements/Qualifications Graduate from school of nursing Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio Effective Communication Skills Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team At Mount Carmel, we invest in your success. Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and delegate patient care tasks are required.
