The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care while building trusted relationships. They will also collaborate with clinic staff, monitor patient progress, and provide mentorship to teammates or students.

  • Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
  • Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
