The Nursing Assistant I performs basic patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and nutritional support. They also maintain the patient environment and assist licensed staff with related clinical duties.
Under general supervision of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care Services or designee, perform a variety of duties including basic care, personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, maintain patient environment, and provide assistance to licensed staff in carrying out other related duties, etc.
Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training. Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Training Program is preferred. Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the equivalent is required. Current CPR Certification is required. Three (3) months experience in an acute care or long term setting is preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $19.37 - USD $26.80 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement Per Diem
