Provide clinical therapy services to individuals, children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Manage a caseload of 21-22 billable hours per week while participating in treatment planning, consultations, and training.
THE ROLE We're looking for a licensed therapist to join our Palo Alto-based practice.
You'll work 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday, with a typical caseload of 21-22 billable hours per week.
The remaining time is spent on notes, treatment planning, weekly consultations, and training — so you're not drowning in charting at night.
We work with individuals, children, teens, adults, families, and couples.
You'll have input on your caseload — we match clients to you based on what you're interested in, not just who's next on the list.

Compensation. $100,000 as a W-2 employee.
Health insurance (we cover 50%), dental, vision, 401k, malpractice insurance covered, cell phone reimbursement.

LOCATIONS Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or San Jose.
In-person and hybrid options available.
