What You’ll Be Responsible For
Clinical competence to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents.
Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to assure that medications and treatments are being administered as ordered.
Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facilities QAA/QAPI process.
Acts as a liaison between physician or other provider, resident representative, family and resident care team to ensure physician orders are accurately carried out and documented using the information from the resident’s plan of care.

Candidates must hold a current RN licensure in Minnesota and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
