Urology of Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing team as a Urologic Hospitalist. This physician will focus on inpatient urologic care, emergency department consults, hospital transfers, urgent surgical interventions, and care coordination across participating hospital facilities. This role is designed for physicians who enjoy acute care urology and want to practice in a hospital-based environment without the demands of a traditional outpatient clinic schedule. Evaluate and manage inpatient urology consults Conduct daily rounds and coordinate discharge planning Provide emergency and urgent urologic care Perform hospital-based procedures and surgeries as clinically indicated Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care Support transfer-center decision making and regional referral management Maintain timely documentation and compliance with quality metrics
