Current LPN/LVN license, in the state of Missouri Graduate of an accredited nursing program At least 1 year of experience in acute care ( home care, home health or hospice preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in the field Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards Compassionate, patient-first mindset Reliable personal transportation (travel required ~50%) Ability to meet health screening and compliance requirements You will report to the Clinical Manager or Branch Director for Personal Care Services. #ElaraGA Equal Employment Opportunity: We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with state and federal affirmative action requirements.
