What You’ll Be Doing: Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience caring for individuals with neurodegenerative conditions. Candidates must be reliable, possess effective communication skills, and be capable of physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
