Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Hourly Pay Range $29.00 – $33.00 per hour (DOE) LVN Job Duties New graduates welcome who have a passion for working with seniors Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Follow instructions, demonstrate strong trainability, and implement care plans Make independent decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking Administer medications in accordance with physician orders Complete patient documentation using electronic health record systems Manage care for patients with acute and chronic conditions Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Required License or Certification Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Active and in good standing
