About the role

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive mental health care, including crisis interventions and medication consultations. The role involves a mix of onsite and virtual patient care within an integrated clinical team.

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Psychiatrist to join the mental health team at the KP Skyline medical office in Salem, OR. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of onsite and virtual care. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Adult Psychiatry

What to expect

  • No call requirements
  • An experienced support staff
  • Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
  • 4-day work week (50% telepsychiatry/ 50% in clinic) for a .9 FTE
  • 1.0 and 0.9 FTE (prorated compensation) schedule available.

Salary Range

$292,140- $321,030 (0.9 FTE)

Additional Lifestyle $19,170 annually

New Hire Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000

Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000

Relocation Allowance - up to $15,000
