What You'll Do Deliver personalized massage sessions tailored to individual client needs and preferences Create a comfortable, professional, and supportive experience for Google employees Utilize sound clinical judgment to recommend appropriate treatment approaches Maintain treatment areas, equipment, linens, and supplies in excellent condition Represent both Body Techniques and Google with professionalism and integrity Consistently arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and program coordinators Demonstrate initiative and independently resolve day-to-day challenges as they arise Follow all site-specific procedures and wellness program guidelines
Required Current massage therapy license in good standing as required by California State Active professional liability insurance Minimum of three years of hands-on massage therapy experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using technology and web-based systems in a professional setting Reliable, organized, and responsive to communication Preferred Prenatal massage certification (24+ hours of continuing education) Previous experience providing services in a corporate wellness environment Experience working in chiropractic, medical, or spa settings Familiarity with both table and chair massage techniques Technology & Administrative Responsibilities The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating digital tools and can independently manage basic administrative tasks, including: Participating in Google Meet video calls and messaging platforms Monitoring and responding to email communications promptly Managing appointments through Google's scheduling platform Using the Body Techniques mobile application to complete service records and approve invoices
