The Charge Nurse is responsible for meeting the nursing needs of residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. They also coordinate care assignments and ensure team accountability for resident satisfaction.
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Full-time, 4 on-2-off rotation. NOC SHIFT

Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPN license in the state of application and a current CPR certification. Prior experience in senior, skilled, or sub-acute care is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
