The Physical Therapy Assistant will implement treatment plans and conduct therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, educating families on home exercises, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of one or more licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist with patient care, and support rehabilitation efforts.
Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by our physical therapist(s). Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient strength, mobility, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and their families on home exercises and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team and participate in team meetings.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. Bilingual in English/Spanish a HUGE plus!
