The Urologist will conduct patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and perform necessary urological surgeries. They will also collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate medical documentation.

. This contract position offers an on-site opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

As a Locum Urologist, you will contribute to providing quality Urological care, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive organs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and maintaining the high standards of our practice within the medical community in Salem.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and manage treatment plans for urological conditions Perform urological surgeries as necessary Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options Participate in case discussions and medical rounds Stay updated with recent advancements in urology Adhere to established medical protocols and ethics

Requirements

MD or DO degree with a valid medical license Relevant experience in Urology, preferably as a locum Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to adapt to different clinical settings Commitment to continuing education and professional development Knowledge of electronic medical record systems is a plus

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Setting: Outpatient

Must be board-certified
