The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. They will work with physicians and the home health team to implement care plans that comply with federal and state regulations.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. In conjunction with the prescribing physician and home health care team, develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs and is in compliance with federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as agency policies and procedures.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.
Education/License/Experience Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Montana.
Current BLS.
One-year acute care nursing experience.
Prior experience in home health preferred.
Valid state driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable automobile.
Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage $34.62/hourly Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Montana with at least one year of acute care nursing experience and current BLS certification. A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required for home visits.
