About the role

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing direct patient care and implementing individualized treatment programs. They will also contribute to the further development of speech therapy services within the facility.

We are looking for a speech language pathologist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population.

The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care.

Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

Qualifications

Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.

One year of clinical experience preferred. Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice and possess a current BLS certification. One year of clinical experience is preferred, though those with a commitment to learning are encouraged to apply.
