The Registered Nurse will provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and their families while managing complex medical and rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Current Driver’s License or State issued Id. Current State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Current CPR certification.
