This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Our residents do NOT require skilled care, therefore your CNA job is a little different here: What You’ll Do At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), CNAs play a big role in helping our “residents” feel safe, supported, and on track with their psychological rehab and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit behavioral health team that truly cares and works together every day. What we need from you: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in IL Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population is helpful, but not required No two days are the same, and the work you do is noticed and appreciated by everyone.
