Description Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned & Operated
We are currently seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide occupational therapy services within a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Columbus, Ohio market.
Columbus, OH Worthington, OH Delaware, OH Westerville, OH Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignments are based on clinician preference, availability, and geographic convenience.
This position supports multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across the greater Columbus area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations, scheduling needs, and travel expectations to ensure the best possible fit.
As a COTA, you'll play an important role in helping residents maximize independence, improve daily function, and safely engage in meaningful activities that enhance quality of life.

What You'll Do Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments Promote independence with daily activities and functional tasks Track patient progress and communicate with the care team Participate in care planning and discharge planning Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time Educate patients, families, and facility staff Recommend adaptive equipment and treatment interventions Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care every day
Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and clinical reasoning abilities Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to maintain accurate documentation and achieve productivity standards About Us
