The Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator manages the MDS and care planning process to ensure accurate and timely submissions. They also provide nursing staff education and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain quality standards.
Position Summary: This is PART TIME ONSITE position
Must be an RN with MDS experience
REGISTERED NURSE ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR (RNAC) coordinates the MDS and Care Planning process to ensure timely and accurate submission with the Interdisciplinary team.
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
