What You’ll Do
Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental procedures, particularly dental implant treatments
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards
Provide chair-side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organized
Make patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
Take dental x-rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging
Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene
Support the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and recordkeeping
Requirements
Candidates must have previous experience as a surgical assistant and hold valid certifications meeting state requirements. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
