About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate medical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients in a hospice inpatient setting. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, critical thinking, and serving as a Charge RN after completing the necessary training.

RN Hospice Home – Weekend Baylor Days

  • Charge RN responsibilities after initial training as floor nurse
  • $$$ Sign On Bonus Available– Apply Today - $$$

Employer: Trellis Supportive Care

Schedule • Full-Time Days – 36 hours per week • 7

  • 00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
  • Weekend Baylor- Saturday/Sunday plus 1 week day (flexibility on your choice of week day)
  • Weekend Shift Differential Pay plus additional Baylor Pay
  • Additional Charge RN pay after trained in Charge role

Since 1979, we have served patients and families across the Piedmont/Triad region with compassionate, expert end-of-life care.
