About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in urgent or emergency situations. They also assist in the organization and management of the physician's practice.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, required Current state licensure, required CPR certification, preferred

Qualifications

Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accurate documentation skills Ability to follow established workflows consistently WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with travel time to/from the satellite clinic locations based on coverage schedule. Employees are also responsible for their own transportation to/from satellite clinic locations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN program and possess current state licensure. CPR certification is preferred, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
