Manage critically-ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting with an APP-to-patient ratio of 10-15 patients per APP (attending MD available) Collaborate with attending MDs to develop plan of care and communicate dynamic changes throughout shift Conduct ongoing patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions Perform order entry in Cerner EMR and document History and Physicals, Consultations, Event/Follow-up Notes, and Procedure Notes Perform invasive procedures including central line and arterial line insertions per hospital MSO credentialing
Requires valid national and state licensure as an ACNP or PA with board certification in Acute Care. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in an ICU setting.
