About the role

The Nurse Practitioner will assess, plan, and evaluate care for individual patients while performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. They will deliver high-quality adult and adolescent care in collaboration with an in-office physician.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
  • Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly
  • Deliver high quality Adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in-office physician

Requirements

  • & Skills
  • Board Certified
  • A Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus!
  • DOT Medical Certification preferred or be willing to obtain
  • Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills
