The Wound Care Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes while working collaboratively with other disciplines. They are responsible for providing routine care for the sick or injured and implementing physician orders accurately.

Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit.
Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses.
Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role.
