The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide education to residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Ohio. Strong clinical skills in dysphagia, cognition, and communication disorders are required, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence is preferred.
