About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while monitoring their health conditions. They will also collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
  • Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members What You Bring
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)

  • Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for the state of Georgia or be eligible for one. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
