1 year of current professional nursing (RN) experience in an inpatient hospital setting or Completion of a Women & Children capstone/preceptorship (Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, GYN, NICU, and PEDS) Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
Certification in area of clinical specialty BSN Preferred. Bachelor of Nursing degree is strongly encouraged. Advancement in academic education will be discussed as part of individual professional development during the annual performance review.
Candidates must have at least one year of professional RN experience in an inpatient setting or completion of a relevant Women & Children capstone. A valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license is required, and a BSN is preferred.
