B.S. in Pharmacy required, PharmD preferred. Active and in good standing pharmacist license (PA and/or OH) Additional state licenses preferred (MA, RI, DE, ME, NH, CT) At least 2+ years of inpatient hospital experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills Knowledge of formulary management and P&T procedures Familiarity with client/server applications Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, internet, and email Overnight inpatient hospital experience is strongly preferred Hospital residency is preferred but not required Board certification is preferred but not required
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 54 - 91 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
