The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.
You will work on-site at the Conviva Portland Care Center at 107 Cedar Drive, Portland, TX 78374.
You will report directly to the Clinic Administrator.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$48,900 - $66,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
