About the role

The Patient Monitor is responsible for ensuring patient safety through continuous visual observation and appropriate intervention. They perform specific tasks under the supervision of the primary caregiver.

UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Patient Monitor (PM) for Nursing Sitter Services unit for Day Shift at West Chester Hospital.

The primary responsibility of the Patient Monitor is to ensure patient safety by providing continuous visual observation and appropriate intervention. The Patient Monitor will also perform specific tasks under the supervision of the primary care giver.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification. A State Tested Nurse Aid Certification is preferred.
