The Nursing Assistant provides compassionate inpatient care, including hygiene assistance, feeding, and patient transport. They also maintain unit cleanliness, manage supplies, and participate in hourly rounds to ensure patient safety.
Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair Participate in hourly rounds Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed Performs other duties as assigned
