About the role

The Rehab Technician provides hands-on support for individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries by assisting with daily living activities and personal care. They also facilitate community outings, monitor medications, and help maintain a safe, structured environment to promote client independence.

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands-on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.
