We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. This role plays an important part in supporting resident well-being, infection prevention, and overall facility cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Maintain all public and common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms Ensure handrails are clean and free of debris Clean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and dispensers Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Follow all safety procedures, including the use of caution signage and proper chemical storage Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectively Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and sanitary manner Report resident safety concerns promptly to the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies need replenishment Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors Work independently and collaboratively to maintain facility cleanliness standards
